What is the Gaia Guardian Program?
The Gaia Guardian Program is a global initiative to empower contributors, educators, builders, creators, and organizers, to grow Gaia’s decentralized AI ecosystem. Guardians are trained, supported, and rewarded for driving adoption and awareness around Gaia’s core technologies.
Who can become a Gaia Guardian?
Anyone aligned with Gaia’s mission and excited to contribute, developers, designers, educators, storytellers, community builders, is welcome to apply. Whether you’re technical or non-technical, there’s a place for you.
How do I apply?
Simply fill out the application form on this page. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You may also be nominated by an existing Guardian or Gaia Labs team member.
What happens after I apply?
Once accepted, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with all necessary onboarding materials: training modules, contribution tools, your Starter Kit, and invites to our communication channels.
What will I learn as a Guardian?
Guardians learn how Gaia works, from decentralized nodes and domains to the inference economy. You’ll gain skills in community engagement, content creation, technical integration, and strategic partnerships depending on your track.
What contribution tracks can I join?
You’ll select one or more of these tracks during onboarding:
- Community – Organize meetups and local activations
- Technical – Support developers and run Gaia nodes
- Content – Create educational and narrative content
- Partnership – Identify local partners and strategic allies
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding is continuous. After acceptance:
- You select your track(s)
- Complete training modules on Gaia Academy (at your own pace)
- Join Discord/Telegram
- Complete a simple First Activation Quest to start earning XP
How are Guardians rewarded?
Guardians earn XP points for their contributions. XP unlocks token rewards (when live), tier upgrades, bounties, exclusive swag, and recognition on leaderboards.
Is there a growth path?
Yes. Guardians progress through structured tiers:Initiate → Contributor → Regional Lead / Advocate → Core ContributorEach level unlocks more responsibility, rewards, and visibility across Gaia’s ecosystem.
What resources do I get?
Every Guardian receives a digital Starter Kit, access to Gaia Academy, communication channels, contribution dashboards, branding assets, and playbooks to guide your journey.
